Publication of ECTA Scorecard
Profundus contributed to the 2008 ECTA (European Competitive Telecommunications Association) annual 'Regulatory Scorecard'.
The objective of this high profile annual study is to measure the effectiveness of regulation in 20 European countries. The 2008 Scorecard was again led by SPC Network, our long time associates.
